A rare repainted GTW SD40-2 leads a loaded rail train south through Crest Hill, bound for the south yard at Joliet.

On the 2nd day of the new year, CN 5932 sits stored on the deadlines outside the shops at Homewood. The WC unit next to it, is one of the two remaining SD40-2's that came from the WC.

GTW 5932 leads CN 371 towards Chicago as it proceeds west through Downtown Lapeer, Michigan.
